The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Building Of The Primary School In Ruda Łańcucka, Located On The Plot No. 533/6 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Primary School Building In Ruda Łańcucka, A Task Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority No. Fepk.02 ​​Energy And Environment Of The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Construction And Renovation Works - Insulation Of Walls, Foundations, Ceilings; Replacement Of Windows And Doors; Replacement Of Roof Covering; Insulation Of Chimneys; Replacement Of Fender Surfaces. - Heating Installations - Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation Using A Ground Heat Pump And Cooperation With The Existing Gas Boiler Room. - Ventilation Installations - Implementation Of Mechanical Supply And Exhaust Ventilation With Heat Recovery And A Free-Cooling System. - Electric Vehicle Charging Station - Installation And Commissioning In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Standards, Ce Certificates And Functionalities Indicated In The Design Documentation. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training In The Operation Of The Installed Devices For At Least 2 People Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Training Will Be Carried Out After The Installation And Commissioning Of The Devices, Before The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, In A Stationary Form. The Scope Of The Training Includes In Particular The Principles Of Proper Operation Of The Devices, Basic Maintenance Activities And Information Necessary For Safe Use. The Training Will Be Confirmed By Signing The Training Protocol And Providing The Participants With Training Materials. Detailed Scope Of Works In Accordance With The Attached Bills Of Quantities And The Developed Design Documentation.2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site, 2) Securing The Construction Site, 3) Purchase And Delivery Of Materials Necessary To Complete The Task, 4) Tidying Up The Construction Site.3.
