A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of The Provision Of Services Is Specified In Annex No. 1 And 2 To The Swz/Agreement And In Annex No. 9 To The Swz.2. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Provision Of Laundry Services Be Employed Under An Employment Contract. 4.
