1. The Order Covers The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Internal Surfaces Of The Water Tank At The Spcw In Gronów Górne On Plot No. 175. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Internal Surfaces Of A Steel Raw Water Tank At A Water Pressure Boosting Station (Spcw) Located In Gronów Górne At Ul. Opalowa 6 On Plot No. 175. Work Related To The Renovation Of The Indicated Reservoir Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Enables Failure-Free And Continuous Water Intake From The Network In Order To Deliver It To Residents. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Dismantling And Assembly Works; 2) Drying The Existing Tank; 3) Mechanical Cleaning Of The Internal Surface Of The Tank (Sandblasting); 4) Cleaning Of The Exposed Reinforcement And Protection With Anti-Corrosion Mortar; 5) Painting Works - Applying Membranes To The Internal Surfaces Of The Tank: A) Cut-Off Layer - Polyurea Membrane, B) Spraying Of Rigid Closed-Cell Foam With A Density 100 Kg/M3 (Reprofiling Of Wall Surfaces), C) Final Layer - Closing The Layers With A Polyurea Membrane With Pzh Certificate, Note: The Spcw Building Is A Functioning Facility, Therefore, Work Should Be Carried Out And Staged In Such A Way As To Ensure The Safe Operation Of The Facility While Maintaining All Technological And Hygienic Requirements.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors To Conduct An On-Site Inspection Of The Facility And Recommends That They Thoroughly Familiarize Themselves With All The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Task In Order To: - Identify All Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, - Submit A Correct And Accurate Offer Guaranteeing, If Selected By The Ordering Party, The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Assuming All Risks And Liability For The Implementation Of All Activities Covered By The Order To The Extent To Which An Experienced Contractor Can And Should Predict. The Ordering Party Sets A Date For Carrying Out An On-Site Visit To The Facility. Spcw In Gronów Górne At Ul. Opalowa 6: 26/02/2026 From 11:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M. Each Contractor Should Additionally Notify The Employer - The Contact Persons Indicated In The Swz - In Advance About Their Participation In The On-Site Inspection, Bearing In Mind That The Inspections Can Only Be Carried Out In The Presence Of Employees Of The Facilitys Operator (Elbląskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O.O.) And The Employer. An On-Site Visit Can Only Take Place Before The Scheduled Deadline For Submitting Offers. People Who Come For An On-Site Visit Are Required To Have An Identity Document With Them. A Protocol Signed By The Parties Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit, Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit (A Template Of The Report Is Attached As Annex 11 To The Swz).
