Tenders Are Invited For Successful Delivery Of Disposable Medical Equipment And Materials

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Disposable Medical Equipment And Materials In Accordance With The Assortment Described In Detail In Annex No. 1A To This Tor - Respectively For Individual Tasks, Constituting At The Same Time A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Tasks No. 1 To No. 2 In Accordance With The Division Below: 1) Task No. 1 - Disposable Equipment, Various Medical Devices 2) Task No. 2 - Dressings And Various Medical Devices The Ordering Party Expects To Submit Offers For The Entire Order Or In Parts, Where Part Of The Order Constitutes A Given Task According To The Division As Above. The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts Of The Contract That May Be Awarded To One Contractor.2. In Each Item Of The Assortment Forms (Appendix No. 1A According To The Division For Individual Tasks), The Contractor Will Provide The Manufacturer/Manufacturer, Trade Name Of The Product And/Or Catalog Number, If Assigned - In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Price Forms.3. Attachment No. 1A To This Tor, Which Is Also The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Tasks No. 1 To No. 2, Describes The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order.4. In Each Item Of The Assortment Forms (Appendix No. 1A), The Contractor Will Provide The Manufacturer/Manufacturer, Country, Trade Name Of The Product, Catalog Number - In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Price Forms. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Packaging Sizes Other Than Those Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. If A Commercial Packaging Of A Given Product Is Offered Other Than That Indicated In Annex 1A To The Swz, The Ordering Party Requires The Number Of Packages To Be Recalculated And Rounded Up (To The Full Package).5. The Offered Products, Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Must Have A Valid Registration Certificate, Attestation, Quality Certificate, Declaration Of Conformity Or Authorization For Marketing And Use In Health Care Facilities, As Well As Appropriate Packaging Labeling In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Validity Period Of The Products Delivered To The Ordering Party Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 Months From The Date Of Product Delivery.7.
