The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Bio-Waste, As Well As Segregated And Selectively Collected Waste (Paper And Cardboard, Metals And Plastics, Glass) From Real Estate Owned By Units Subordinated To The Provincial Police Headquarters In Lublin. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Services, Including Addresses Of Locations (Facilities Covered By Waste Collection) Along With A List Of The Type Of Waste, Type And Capacity Of Containers, Frequency Of Waste Collection, Dates Of Commencement Of Collection Services For Each Location, Is Specified In Annex No. 1.1, In The Contract Template And In Other Procurement Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz.3. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Equipping The Facilities Listed In The Selected Package With Appropriate Containers With Flaps Or Bags, I.E. Containers/Bags With Capacities Specified For A Given Facility In The Selected Annex (In Accordance With The Selected Package(S) For Which The Offer Is Submitted).
