1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Expansion And Reconstruction Of District Road No. 4767P On The Lipno-Goniembice Section.2. For The Purposes Of Settling The Investment With The Institutions Subsidizing The Task, The Ordering Party Envisages Dividing The Task Into Sections: A) Section I: From Km 0+010.00 To Km 0+186.00 B) Section Ii: From Km 0+316.00 To Km 3+684.00. The Subject Of The Order Includes Both Of The Above. Sections 3. The Scope Of Work Includes The Expansion And Reconstruction Of A Class Z District Road. The Route In The Plan Will Run Along The Existing Road Trace. The Road Surface Will Be Strengthened And Widened. The Road Reconstruction Is Planned On The Section From The Beginning Of The Study (Km 0+010) To Km 0+888 And From Km 3+528 To The End Of The Study (Km 3+684). The Expansion Of District Road No. 4767P Is Planned On The Section From Km 0+888 To Km 3+528. A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path And Sidewalks Are Planned Along The Road. The Width Of The Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Path On The Section From Km 3+528 To The End Of The Study Is 3.0 M. The Width Of The Designed Sidewalks Is 2.0 M. The Reconstruction Of Existing Telecommunications Networks Within The Investment Should Also Be Taken Into Account. 4. Due To The Presence Of Low-Bearing Soils On The Section 2+195 Km - 2+330 Km, Reinforcing Elements In The Form Of Piles Were Designed In Accordance With The Attached Reinforcement Design. 5. Reconstruction Of Existing Road Culverts And Ditches Is Planned. It Is Planned To Reconstruct Existing Exits And Build New Exits To Newly Constructed Properties.6. A 0.50 M Wide Soil Band Was Used Between The Edge Of The Sidewalk/Pedestrian And Bicycle Route And The Edge Of The Adjacent Slopes Of Ditches And Embankments. In Some Places, Due To Terrain Restrictions And Slopes With A Slope Of 1:1, Slope Reinforcements Made Of Openwork Slabs Were Used. 7. The Improvement Of The Drainage System Includes Works On Culverts Under The Road Crown And Under Exits, As Well As Reconstruction And Cleaning Of Existing Roadside Ditches And Cleaning Of The Existing Ones. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Reconstruct Existing Ditches By Rebuilding Culverts Under The Crown Of The District Road, Including: Extending Existing Culverts And Adapting Them To The Parameters Currently Required By Law. Additionally, The Reconstruction Of Road Ditches Is Planned To Correct The Depth And Slopes In Order To Improve The Runoff Of Rainwater And Meltwater. On The Remaining Sections Of The Existing Road Ditches Included In The Scope Of The Investment, Maintenance Works Are Planned, Consisting In Cleaning The Slopes And The Bottom, Desilting, Etc., Along With The Renovation Of Pipes Located Under The Exits.8. Due To The Already Carried Out Felling Of Existing Trees And Shrubs, Removal Of Stumps And Subsequent Compensatory Plantings Are Planned. 9. Traffic Safety Will Be Ensured By: - ​​Appropriate Vertical And Horizontal Markings Made Of Reflective Materials With High
