Foundation Walls Prefabricated From Pż And Po Elements, Partially Poured Concrete. External Walls Prefabricated. Uninsulated Walls, Plastered On Both Sides, Żerań Ceilings. The Buildings Roof Is Ventilated And Uninsulated. Total Building Area – 958 M2, Usable Area – 750.75 M2, Cubic Capacity – 3,000 M3. Number Of Storeys: 3.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of Kindergarten No. 237 At Ul. Tyszkiewicza 33. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Regarding: A) Thermal Modernization Of External Walls And Foundations, Including Replacement Of Windows And External Doors Along With A Façade Design; B) Renovation And Insulation Of The Roof; C) Replacement Of The Heating Center In The Field Of Technology, Automation And Electricity, Along With A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Room, Approved By Veolia; D) Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation. Including The Necessary Renovation Of The Rooms;E) Replacing The Cold And Hot Water And Circulation Installations Together With A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Rooms;F) Replacing The Fire Hydrant Installation;G) Renovating The Premises Of The Feeding Block With New Devices;H) Replacing Two Kitchen Goods Elevators Together With The Renovation Of The Elevator Shafts;I) Replacing Faulty Elements Of The Electrical Installation For Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, Plug Sockets, 2) Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Works Construction.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Architectural And Engineering Services In The Field Of Design Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure.
