Szmaragdowa And Obtaining All Permits And Arrangements Required By Law For The Implementation Of The Project. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Design Concept For Road Expansion (1 Copy); 2) Development Of Design Documentation, Including: A) Construction Design, Including: - Land Development Design (5 Copies), - Architectural And Construction Design (5 Copies), - Technical/Executive Design (3 Copies); B) Subject Of The Works (2 Copies); 3) Investors Cost Estimate (2 Copies); 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) (3 Copies);5) Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction (3 Copies); 6) Design Of The Target Traffic Organization (3 Copies); 7) Obtaining The Necessary Declarations, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Together With Obtaining A Building Permit/Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Or Obtaining A Declaration On The Lack Of Grounds For Raising An Objection From The Competent Architectural Authority In The Event Of Reporting The Execution Of Construction Works And Providing The Ordering Party With Copies Of Certified True Copies Of The Statements, Applications For Opinions, Decisions, Arrangements With Attachments And Copies Of Correspondence With The Authorities Issuing The Above-Mentioned Documents.
