The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Underground Parking Lot With A Hidden Function Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Divided Into Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Scope Related To The Construction Of An Underground Parking Lot With A Hidden Function Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Communication For The Operation Of The Facility And The Construction Of A Surface Directly Above The Facility, 2) Stage Ii - The Remaining Scope Related To The Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Nowy Rynek Square In Kalisz, Including: A) Reconstruction Of The Remaining Surface Of The Square, Roads And Sidewalks, B) Reconstruction Of Street Lighting, C) Creation Of Parking Spaces Along The Street, D) Introduction Of Greenery And Small Architecture Elements, E) Construction Of A Retention Reservoir With Irrigation Installation, F) Reconstruction Of The Fountain With Technology. Note:1) The Designed Construction Facility (Underground Parking Lot With Hidden Function) Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Applicable Legal Provisions In The Field Of Protective Structures, Including The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense And The Implementing Acts To This Act, In Force At The Time Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order. 2) The Design Documentation Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Planned Construction Works, Therefore It Must Absolutely Meet The Requirements: A) Art. 99-103 Of The Public Procurement Law;B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Item 2454);C) Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Drawn Up In New York On December 13, 2006;D) Ec Communication Kom (2010) 636 Of November 15, 2010: European Disability Strategy 2010-2020: Renewed Commitment To Building A Europe Without Barriers; E) Appropriate Separate Provisions Regarding The Process Of Designing And Preparing Technical Documentation For Construction Facilities, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions To Which Buildings And Their Location Should Correspond.3) Investor Cost Estimates Prepared Under This Order Must Be In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing An Investor Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Item 2458). 4) The Area Of The Planned Project Is Subject To Conservation Protection.5) The Design Documentation Must Take Into Account A Ba
