1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Under The Name: Expansion Of Tourist Infrastructure In The Leśniowice Commune 2. The Task Involves The Construction Of Two Tourist And Recreational Infrastructure Facilities, I.E. A Rest Area For Cyclists And A Fitness Facility In The Town Of Sielec And The Construction Of An Exhibition Shelter In The Town Of Dębin. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 3.1. Construction Of A Rest Area For Cyclists And Fitness Equipment In Sielec, Including: Purchase And Installation Of A Wooden Table, Benches, Waste Segregation Bin, Information Board, Outdoor Recreation Equipment And Construction Of A Fireplace With Benches. 3.2. Construction Of An Exhibition Shelter In Dębina. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Described In The Technical Documentation, Which Includes: Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design And Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5. Design Documentation, I.E. Architectural And Construction Design And Land Development Design, Covers A Wider Scope Of Investments Than Those Covered By This Order. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In Point 4.3 Of The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities. 6. Warranty. The Length Of The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works, Built-In Materials And Installed Devices Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Deadline) To 60 Months (Maximum Deadline). The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Warranty Rights For Physical Defects Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code Within The Deadlines Specified Therein - Regardless Of Warranty Rights. 7. Insurance. The Ordering Party Requires From The Contractor With Whom It Concludes A Contract Documents Confirming That It Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For A Guarantee Sum Not Less Than The Gross Value Of The Submitted Offer.
