Subject To The Provisions Of The Swz, The Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order Are Fully Secured By The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Will Prepare The Designs Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order At The Price Of The Submitted Offer. 5.
