In Accordance With The Provisions Below: - Package I Meat And Cold Cuts - 3 Times A Week From Monday To Saturday.5. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (In Annex No. 1 To The Swz-Price Calculation) Is Described By Indicating A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E. Having Features, Parameters And Application Not Worse Than Those Described In The Subject Of The Order For A Given Package. Any Indication Of This Information By The Ordering Party Is Only Intended To Approximate The Requirements That Could Not Be Described Using Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Terms. Each Time Such Information Is Indicated In This Swz Or Annex No. 2 To The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It.
