Part 1 - Speech Therapy Classes At Wokro, 150 Hours: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Organization And Conduct Of Early Childhood Development Support Classes For Children With Disabilities And Those At Risk Of Disability From The Age Of 0 Until The Child Starts School And For His Or Her Family As Part Of A Government Administration Task - The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life In Order To Ensure The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Center On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded Between The Ministry Of Education And Science And The Olecko County.2. An Hour Is Understood As 60 Minutes Of Didactic Or Practical Classes.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Service At The Time And Place Agreed With The Ordering Party At Wokro Based On The Approved Class Schedule.4. The Schedule For The Provision Of Services Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Child And Parents. Moreover, The Contractor Agrees The Schedule And Place Of Service Performance With The Ordering Party And Commences Implementation After The Ordering Partys Acceptance.5.
