A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1A To Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To The Swz.4. Payment Terms Are Specified In The Contract Template Attached To The Swz. 5. Additional Requirements: - Full Documentation Enabling The First Registration Of The Vehicle In The Bus Category - Full Bus Approval For Disabled People, And Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment; - All Materials And Equipment Used Should Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Should Meet The Standards And Regulations In The Transport Of Passengers And Disabled People. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Service. Warranty By Authorized Service Stations Within A Distance Of 120 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters.
