1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services By The Contractor In Domestic And Foreign Traffic. The Scope Of Services Includes The Receipt, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Items And Parcels In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, And Their Possible Return To The Sender After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them Or Handing Them Over To The Recipient, As Well As The Provision Of Courier Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, And The Collection Of Postal Items From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. The Order Also Applies To Parcels Sent By The Civil Registry Office.2. The Term Postal Items Means: 1) Ordinary (Unregistered) Letter Items, Including: A) Items That Are Not Items With The Shortest Delivery Time (Economic), B) Items With The Shortest Delivery Time, 2) Registered Items - Postal Items Accepted With Acknowledgment Of Receipt And Delivered Against Acknowledgment Of Receipt, 3) Registered (Registered) Letter Items - Letter Items That Are Registered Items, Moved And Delivered In A Way That Protects Them Against Loss, Loss Of Content Or Damage: A) Items That Are Not Items With The Shortest Delivery Time (Economic), B) Items With The Shortest Delivery Time, 4) Postal Parcels - Registered Items That Are Not Letter Items, Weighing Up To 10,000 G And Dimensions, None Of Which May Exceed 1,500 Mm, Or Which May Not Exceed 3000 Mm For The Sum Of The Length And The Greatest Circumference Measured In A Direction Other Than The Length.3. The Term Courier Item Means - A Letter Item Which Is A Registered Item Or A Postal Parcel, Accepted, Sorted, Moved And Delivered In A Manner Ensuring: 1) Direct Collection Of The Postal Item From The Sender, 2) Tracking Of The Postal Item From The Moment Of Posting To Delivery, 3) Delivery Of The Postal Item Within The Guaranteed Time Specified In The Contract, 4) Delivery Of The Postal Item Directly To The Addressee Or The Person Authorized To Do So Receipt,5) Obtaining Acknowledgment Of Receipt Of The Postal Item In Writing Or Electronically.4.
