Tenders Are Invited For Transport Rental Service With A Driver For Transport Purposes Employees And Students Of The John Paul Ii Catholic University Of Lublin In Domestic And International Traffic
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Renting Means Of Transport With A Driver As Part Of Trips In Poland And Abroad In The European Union, For The Transport Of Employees And Students Of The John Paul Ii Catholic University Of Lublin In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order With A Quote, Which Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Rental Of Means Of Transport With A Driver For The Transport Of Kul Employees And Students With A Number Of Seats Up To 8, Up To 21, 22-32 And Over 32, Up To A Minimum Of 52.3. All Costs Related To The Transport Service Are Borne By The Contractor - In Particular All Taxes, Fees And Other Charges Payable By The Contractor, Costs Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Including Fuel Costs, Drivers Accommodation, Travel To And From The Place Of Departure Specified In The Order, Travel On Toll Roads, Highways, Tunnels, Bridges, Etc., Parking Fees, Remuneration Of The Persons Involved - Also For Parking - Along With Derivatives, General Costs, All Elements Of Risk Related To The Execution Of The Order.4. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Against The Ordering Party For Payment For Any Additional Costs Incurred In Connection With The Provision Of The Service.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Shifts Between Assortment Items Or To Cancel Items, But This Change May Not Result In An Increase In The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Limit Determining The Upper Limit Of Services Will Be The Gross Value Specified In The Contract.6. Vehicles Should Be Presentable, Clean, Efficient, Comfortable, Modern And Equipped With Heating And Air Conditioning.7. Each Vehicle Must Have Current Diagnostic Tests And Purchased Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance.
