In Connection With Moprs Tasks In The Field Of Social Assistance, As Well As Counteracting Domestic Violence And Other Tasks Related To Supporting The Inhabitants Of Gdańsk, Mopr Organizes Training For Employees And Management Staff, And Enables Them To Participate In Meetings And Conferences Aimed At Strengthening Their Knowledge And Competences In The Scope Of The Tasks They Perform. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Conference, Catering And Hotel Services For The Training Of Employees Of The Department Of Reintegration Of People In Homelessness In Connection With Their Tasks In The Field Of Social Assistance And Support For The Inhabitants Of Gdańsk, As Well As Those Related To Counteracting Domestic Violence On March 18-19, 2026. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) The Number Of Participants By Max. 3 People (Without The Contractors Right To Claim In This Regard), And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party Before The Date Of Service Implementation, In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criterion. The Ordering Party Requires That The Following Requirements Be Met: In Terms Of Providing Hotel Services: Providing Accommodation For 23 People In Single Rooms. The Hotel Facility Should Have A Standard Of At Least Three-Star Category, Within The Meaning Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166) And Be Entered Into The Central List Of Hotel Facilities. Provision Of Accommodation For 23 People In Single Rooms. The Hotel Facility Should Be Located No More Than 100 Km And No Less Than 50 Km From The Headquarters Of The Municipal Family Support Center In Gdańsk, I.E. Ul. Konradaleczkowa 1A And Located No More Than 500 Meters From The Sea Coastline. A Hotel Facility With A Swimming Pool At The Disposal Of Hotel Guests. The Contractor Will Provide Free Parking For A Maximum Of 20 Cars. The Sojourn Tax Should Be Included In The Offer. In Terms Of Providing Conference Services: The Contractor Will Provide Access To An Air-Conditioned Conference Room Capable Of Accommodating Up To 25 People, On The First Day Between 10:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M. The Conference Room Should Have A Wi-Fi Network, A Workstation With A Multimedia Projector, And A Screen Intended For A Multimedia Projector. The Room Should Have A Sound System And Be Equipped With Two Microphones And A Flipchart, As Well As The Possibility Of Being Darkened. In Addition, The Contractor Should Ensure That A Technical And Acoustic Service Person Is Available During The Training And At Least One Hour Before The Start Of The Training. The Contractor Will Ensure The Safety Of People Staying In The Conference Rooms To The Extent Required By Health And Safety Regulations. Conference Rooms Should Be Available Exclusively For Training Purposes. In Terms Of Providing Catering Services: Providing Meals Fo
