The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicle At His Own Expense (On A Trailer) To The Commune Office In Rząśnik, Ul. Jesionowa 3, 07-205 Rząśnik Along With All Documents Required For Registration, Service And Warranty Book, 2 Sets Of Keys, User Manual In Polish And A Current Approval Certificate. The Tractor Will Be Delivered With A Full Tank Of Fuel. The Delivered Vehicle Of A Given Brand Must Have At Least One Authorized Service (Warranty) Within A Radius Of Up To 100 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The Commune Office In Rząśnik, Ul. Jesionowa 3, 07-205 Rząśnik. The Minimum Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party Is 12 Months. On The Day Of Handing Over The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Train At Least One Person To Use The Vehicle Designated By The Ordering Party.
