Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Aggregates And Loading For Ongoing Road Maintenance In The Rzekuń Commune In 2026

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Aggregates From The Contractor Together With Loading For The Current Maintenance Of Roads In The Rzekuń Commune. The Rzekuń Commune Intends To Purchase For This Purpose: 1) A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 Mm - 3300 Tons, 2) Sand Fraction 0/2 Mm - 300 Tons, 3) Gravel Fraction 8/16 Mm - 100 Tons. The Ordering Party Requires That The Aggregates Had Appropriate Properties For Making Road Embankments (They Were Cohesive And Easily Compacted), Had Properties To Self-Compact During Normal Road Use, And Did Not Contain Foreign Impurities And Clay Admixtures. The Aggregates Will Be Collected By A Truck Or A Tractor With Trailers By Employees Of The Commune Service Plant In Rzekuń No Later Than December 23 This Year, And The Distance Of The Aggregate Collection Point May Not Exceed 20 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Ul. Kolonia 1 B, 07-411Rzekuń). The Ordering Party Reserves That The Total Scope Of The Order During The Term Of The Contract May Be Reduced Or Quantitatively Shifted Between Aggregates Depending On Current Needs (No Less Than 80% Of The Quantity Of Ordered Aggregates Will Be Purchased), And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. Financial Settlements Under The Order Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Aggregate Actually Purchased.
