Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including Sales And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services Delivered To Consumption Points Belonging To The Komorniki Commune
1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Comprehensive Supply, Along With Distribution Services, Of Electricity For 6 Consumption Points Of The Komorniki Commune, Belonging To The Energia Gminy Komorniki Energy Cooperative And Indicated In Items 1-6 Of Annex 1 To The Contract - List Of Facilities Covered By The Contract. B) Comprehensive Supply, Along With Distribution Services, Of Electricity For 21 Consumption Points Of The Komorniki Commune, Which In 2026 Will Be Connected To The Komorniki Commune Energy Of The Energy Cooperative And Indicated In Items 7-27 Of Annex No. 1 To The Contract - List Of Facilities Covered By The Contract. Electricity Taken From This Network For Its Own Consumption By The Cooperative And Its Members, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, In Particular The Res Act. The Capacity Of Photovoltaic Power Plants Is Given In Annex No. 1 To The Contract - List Of Facilities Covered By The Contract.2. The Total Amount Of Electricity That Will Be Supplied Under The Agreement (From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026) To The Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Is Estimated At 485.8 Mwh.3. The Ordering Party Is A Member Of The Energy Cooperative Energia Gminy Komorniki Energy Cooperative.4. The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings Will Be In Connection With Art. 40 Section 1Ac Of The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources. In The Case Of An Energy Cooperative, The Settlement Obligation Referred To In Section 1A Of The Above Act Is Implemented By One Seller On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Agreement Concluded With Each Member Of A Given Energy Cooperative And The Energy Cooperative, Taking Into Account The Appropriate Amounts Of Electricity Generated By The Energy Cooperative Or Its Members.5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.6. The Technical Conditions For The Provision Of The Comprehensive Service Are Described In Annex 3 To The Contract.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Specify All Prices In The Price Form, Which Will Constitute Annex 2 To The Contract.
