Part No. 1 Of The Order Entitled Purchase Of An Anti-Virus System For 565 Devices With Additional Protection Against Cyber Threats.1) The Order Includes The Purchase Of An Anti-Virus System License Along With Tools For Continuous Monitoring And Analysis Of Processes, Including Immediate Response To Incidents And Attacks For 565 Devices Or Virtual Machines For A Period Of 24 Months.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Is Included In Appendix No. 3A To The Swz.3) In Order To Confirm That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Specified In The Swz, The Contractor Applying For The Contract Is Obliged To Indicate In The Content Of The Bid Form For The Offered Anti-Virus System License: The Name Of The Anti-Virus System License And Declare That The Offered Anti-Virus System License Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Appendix No. 3A To The Swz.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 4A To The Swz).5) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Without Indicating The Characters. Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act, I.E.: The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of The Materials Has Been Indicated And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Have Not Been Provided, The Ordering Party Should Ask The Ordering Party To Indicate What Criteria Will Be Used To Assess Equivalence.6) If The Documents Described Above Contain References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101, Section 1, Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Documents Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Material Or Device Or Product.7) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Those With The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors.8) In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Did Not Specify The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.9) The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Label From The Contractor And Does Not Indicate The Applicable Requirements Of A Specific Label, Referred To In Art. 104 Pzp.
