Expression of Interest for Consulting Firms Technical Assistance to the Government of Chad for the Development of Green MiniGrids Minigrids (AfDB Supported) The assignment will support the electrification of one hundred (100) priority localities in Chad through the development of solar photovoltaic (PV) or hybrid (solar PV/diesel) mini-grids. The intervention is aligned with Chads national energy priorities, the African Development Banks Desert-to-Power Initiative, and regional commitments to expand access to clean, affordable, and reliable electricity. The Terms of Reference (ToR), available upon request, provide detailed information on the services required under this consultancy. The assignment is expected to be carried out over a period of thirty-six (36) weeks.
