This Opportunity Is Being Undertaken Via The Following Framework:Espo Framework Agreement 664_25 Consultancy Services – Lot 5 The Opportunity Is Restricted To Suppliers On The Above Framework. Symca Is Seeking To Develop An Ambitious Strategic Sustainable Connectivity Study To Secure Government Investment In The Expansion Of The Supertram System In South Yorkshire And The Provision Of Other Appropriate Rapid Transit Modes In Appropriate Corridors. In March 2024 The Supertram System In South Yorkshire Returned To Public Control As Part Of Our Wider Aspirations For A Fully Integrated Public Transport Network. Syst Was Recently Taken Back Into Public Ownership After A Long Period Of Private Operations In Part In Order To Facilitate This Renewals Programme. As Such Symca Envisages That There Will Be The Possibility Of Maximising The Opportunity For Dialogue Between The Renewals Team At, Symca, Bidders And Potentially Contracting Partners, At Least For The Later Pieces Of Work If Not The Main Connectivity Strategy.
