The Construction Contract Includes All Works And Procurements In Extension Area 3–4, Including Earthworks And Electrical Work According To The Plan Documents. Expansion Area 3–4 Is Located In The Area Of ​​The Rusko Waste Center In Oulu. The Waste Treatment Field On The West Side Of Expansion Areas 3–4 (Expansion Area 2) Was Built In 2021–2022 And The Waste Treatment Field On The East Side (Expansion Area 5) Was Built In 2023–2024. The Road Leading From Ruskonseläntie To The Expansion Area Was Built In 2020 And Paved In 2021. The Field To Be Built Is Located East Of The Previously Built Expansion Area 2 Field.
