This Is An Invitation To A Market Dialogue, Where Potential Bidders Are Asked To Register For The Upcoming Market Dialogue. The Subject Of The Request For Information Is The Procurement Of Expert Services Related To Preparedness And Contingency Planning. The Purpose Of The Market Survey/Market Dialogue Is To Specify The Object Of The Procurement, The Scope And To Decide On The Procurement Process, As Well As To Define The Preliminary Use Cases That The Services Must Support. Decisions On Starting A Possible Procurement Process Are Made After The Market Survey. The Procurement Unit Does Not Pay Operators Any Compensation For Participating In The Market Dialogue. The Procurement Unit Will Treat All Comments As Confidential, And They Will Not Be Disclosed To Parties Outside The Procurement Preparation Group. Registration For The Market Dialogue Suppliers Interested In The Market Dialogue Are Asked To Register By E-Mail To: [email protected] No Later Than 15.3.2026 At 4:00 P.M. Under The Heading Preparedness And Preparedness Planning Expert Services - Market Dialogue. The Registration Must Be Accompanied By Information About The Persons Participating In The Dialogue (Maximum 2 Persons) And Their E-Mail Addresses. One Hour Per Supplier Has Been Reserved For Market Dialogue. The Procurement Unit Delivers Calendar Invitations To Selected Suppliers. Considering The Purchasing Units Resources, Market Dialogues Are Held With A Maximum Of 10 Suppliers. Market Dialogue Invitations Are Delivered In Order Of Registration.
