Based On The Offers, The Procurement Unit Starts A Negotiation Procedure With The Cheapest Bidders, If Necessary. The Purchasing Unit Can Compare And Choose A Supplier Even Without Negotiations. The Bypass Pumping Distance Is Approximately 270 Meters, And It Is Implemented In Three Parts. During The Project, The Pumping Will Be Moved 3–4 Times. In The Bypass Pumping Solution, You Must Prepare With Y-Branches And An Additional Pump For Pumping Plot Water Into The Main Line. Bypass Pumping Must Be Equipped With Remote Monitoring, And The Response Time Must Not Exceed 30 Minutes.
