The Service Is Provided To A Person Who, Due To A Special Physical Or Mental Need, Has An Obstacle To The Use Of A Private Or Public Vehicle And Who Has Been Referred To The Social Transport Service By The Social Department Of The Municipality, In Order To Enable Them To Use A Means Of Transport That Meets Their Needs To Travel To A Medical Institution, Work Or Educational Institution, To Use Public Services Or To Perform Other Actions Necessary For Everyday Life.
