The Purpose Of The Procurer Is To Find Providers Of Social Transport Services In The Territory Of Saaremaa Municipality, Who Provide Social Transport Services Under The Conditions Stated In The Tenders Basic Documents And Its Appendices. The Service Is Provided To A Person Who, Due To A Special Physical Or Mental Need, Has An Obstacle To The Use Of A Private Or Public Vehicle And Who Has Been Referred To The Social Transport Service By The Social Department Of The Municipality, In Order To Enable Them To Use A Means Of Transport That Meets Their Needs To Travel To A Medical Institution, Work Or Educational Institution, To Use Public Services Or To Perform Other Actions Necessary For Everyday Life.
