The Gis Market, The Subject Of This Consultation, Brings Together Services Relating To The Creation And Commissioning Of Systems For: Railway Signaling; Detection Of Trains At Crossroads Crossings. The Gis Market Will Operate Over The Entire Length Of The Route, Which Includes 11 Road Crossroads, 6 Pedestrian Crossings, 3 Platform Crossings In The Chêne Feuillu Section (In The Saint-Germain Forest Between Poissy And Achères), The Treatment Of These Crossings (By Static Signage, Level Crossing Type Signage Or Slt R17/R24 Type Signage), Three Maneuvering Zones: Partial Terminus Of Poissy Rer, Terminus Of Achères And A Section Of 1800 Meters Of Single Track. Note 1: The Maneuvering Zone Of The Transition Zone South Of Poissy Is Controlled By Railway Signaling Carried Out By Sncf Réseau, Co-Contractor Of The Tram T13 Phase 2 Project. This Railway Signaling Is Therefore Not Included In The Scope Of The Gis Contract. The “Signalling” Scope Railway Of The Gis Market Includes: Orailway Signaling Studies For The Partial Poissy Rer Terminus And The Achères Terminus, As Well As The Single Track;Othe Supply And Installation Of Equipment In The Signaling Technical Premises;Othe Manufacture Of Cabinets In The Factory Including Factory Tests;Othe Supply And Installation Of Railway Signaling Equipment On The Track (Axle Counters; Loops, Lights; Etc.) Including Their Connection;Othe Supply And Installation Poles And Panels Of Vertical Railway Tramway Signaling (Dynamic And Static); O All Static And Dynamic Tests And Interfaces; O Training In Maintenance And Operation. The “Detection” Scope Of The Gis Market Includes: O The Supply And Installation Of Equipment To The Detection Track For Priority At Intersections And Pedestrian Crossings; O The Supply And Unwinding Of Cables To The Foot Of The Slt Cabinet; O The Supply Of Selective Detectors And Bays Supports For Slt Cabinets; Otesting And Commissioning Of These Detection Loops.Note 1: All Civil Engineering Needs, Accommodating Ground Equipment, Will Have Been Carried Out By The Pfv Market. This Work Is Therefore Not Included In The Sig Contract. Note 2: The On-Board Equipment Of The Mr Is Not Supplied.
