The Stipulations Of This Regulation Relate To The Conclusion Of A Public Service Delegation Agreement For The Operation Of 2 Beach Lots, Falling Under The Concession Of The Artificial Beach Of Carnolès. Following The Declaration Of Failure Of Lots No. 2 And No. 5 During The Initial Procedure, The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Relaunch The Public Service Delegation Procedure Exclusively For These Two Lots, Under The Conditions Defined In This Regulation. The Beach Lots Put Into Competition Are Located On The Artificial Beach Of Carnolès : -Lot N°2: East Zone, Avenue Robert Schumann-Lot N°5: West Zone, Promenade Du Cap Martin, Groyne N°1
