The Wasen Crossing Is Intended To Create An Important Open Space Planning Connection Via The Cannstatt Festival Meadow Between The Newly Emerging Neckar Park And The Future Wasenufer Waterfront Promenade. The Area Covers 11,500 M². In Addition To A Pedestrian And Cycle Path Connection, The Crossing Should Also Offer Green And Shaded Recreational Areas And Be Combined With Various Sports Activities. A New Office Is To Be Commissioned To Complete The Outdoor Planning. The Hoai Basic Services From Service Phases 2 To 4 Plus Special Services Are Awarded.
