The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Construction And Repair Works (Srr) In Classrooms, Offices, Laboratories And Common Areas In The Sectional Block Building Of The Umbal St. Marina. Construction And Repair Works Include: Construction Of Front Wall Cladding From Plasterboard Panels; Dismantling Of An Existing And Installation Of A New Ceiling, Complete Repainting With Preliminary Repair And Restoration Of Compromised Plaster, Putty; Reworking Of Electrical Panel, Replacement Of Old Lighting Fixtures With New Led Lighting Fixtures. The Construction And Repair Works Are Described In Detail In Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification And Additional Specification And Technical Requirements For The Vehicle In Appendix 1.1. The Total Built-Up Area Of The Repairable Parts Is 220 M2.
