The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Various Types Of Medical Devices/Consumables. The Order Is Divided Into 24 (Twenty-Four) Separate Items. Specific Items From 1 To 11 Are Detailed And Described In The Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Bids For The Designated Positions. Participants Bid On All Products Included In The Specific Item They Are Participating In. In The Event That A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Products From The Specific Item In Which He Participates, He Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Item. In The Event That A Participant Offers One Or More Products From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, But The Same/Same Ones Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Has Not Been Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Specific Position. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Quantities Of Products Specified In The Technical Specifications, According To Its Needs, Including To Refuse The Delivery Of Certain Types Of Products, As Well As To Request New Types That Are Not Included In The Technical Specifications, But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. By New Types Is Meant: In Case Of Suspension Of Production And/Or Importation, Equivalent To The Types Of Medical Devices That Are Included In The Technical Specifications. The Requirements To Which The Products Must Comply Are Indicated In The Technical Specifications And The Procedure Documentation. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Below Specified Positions Will Be Assigned In The Order Valid For The Estimated Value Of Each Of Them - Directly, On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Zop. Separate Item No. 12 - Delivery Of Tracheostomy Cannulae. Separate Item No. 13 - Supply Of Surgical Suture Material. Separate Item No. 14 - Supply Of Probes. Separate Item No. 15 - Supply Of Drains. Separate Item No. 16 - Supply Of Scalpels And Scalpel Blades. Separate Item No. 17 - Supply Of Medical Devices For Sterilization. Separate Item No. 18 - Supply Of Specific Dressings. Separate Item No. 19 - Supply Of Surgical Sutures. Separate Item No. 20 - Supply Of Threads And Consumables For Operational Units. Separate Item No. 21 - Supply Of Medical Devices For Imaging Diagnostics Separate Position No. 22 - Delivery Of Medical Devices For The Intensive Sector. Separate Item No. 23 - Supply Of Surgical Sutures For Vascular Suture. Separate Item No. 24 - Supply Of Specific Absorbable Sutures.
