The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance And Current Repair Of Motor Vehicles (Mov) From The Fleet Of The Odmvr - Gabrovo With Included Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Necessary For Their Performance And On-Site Repair Of An Accident-Prone Motor Vehicle. This Public Procurement Is Divided Into Separate Positions As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 – Out-Of-Warranty Service And Repair Of Official Vehicles With Automatic Gearbox From The Fleet Of The Odmvr – Gabrovo; Separate Position No. 2 - Out-Of-Warranty Service And Repair Of Official Vehicles With Manual Gearbox From The Fleet Of The Odmvr - Gabrovo; Separate Position No. 3 - Out-Of-Warranty Service And Repair Of Official Motorcycles From The Fleet Of The Odmvr - Gabrovo; Separate Position No. 4 - Tin Repair And Painting Services Of Official Vehicles From The Fleet Of The Odmvr - Gabrovo. On The Basis Of Article 7, Paragraph 2 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Law (Pppo), In Connection With Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Indicates That Part Of The Individual Positions In The Present Procedure Will Be Awarded Independently, According To Their Individual Values, Namely By Direct Award In Accordance With Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Designated Positions Assigned In This Order Are As Follows: Separate Item No. 3 - Out-Of-Warranty Service And Repair Of Official Motorcycles From The Fleet Of The Odmvr - Gabrovo - 4434.27 Euros Without Vat; Separate Position No. 4 - Tin Repair And Painting Services Of Official Vehicles From The Fleet Of The Odmvr - Gabrovo - 22,171.34 Euros Without Vat; Participants In The Current Procedure Can Submit Bids For Separate Position #1 And 2.
