The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Major Repair And Provision Of An Accessible Environment Of An Existing Building With Identifier 37798.507.558.3 - Event Hall And Kitchen, Located In Upi Ii - For Public Services, Quarter 139, Kozloduy Town, Kozloduy Municipality, Vratsa Region. The Order Covers The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works According To An Approved Technical Project And Issued A Building Permit, Including Major Repair Activities, Structural Strengthening, Roof Replacement, Energy Efficiency Measures, Modernization Of Electrical, Plumbing And Hvac Installations, Fire Safety Measures, Construction Of An Accessible Environment And Adjacent Infrastructure, Without Changing The Urban Planning Indicators Of The Property. The Contract For Awarding The Public Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Law On Public Procurement.
