The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Major Repair Of Hristo Botev Street, In The Range From Ot.686 To Ot.435 According To The Current Detailed Development Plans Of The City Of Pravets, Pravets Municipality, Sofia Region It Envisages The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Major Repair Of A Street In The City Of Pravets, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills; • Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Periods Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation.
