Invitation No. 1 For Participation In A Limited Procedure/Op/, On The Basis Of Art. 86 Of The Zop, In Connection With The Created Dynamic Purchase System (Dsp), With Tin In Rop No. T547540 And Subject Delivery Of Laboratory Reagents And Consumables For The Needs Of Nmtb Tsar Boris Iii. The Laboratory Reagents And Consumables Subject To This Limited Procedure Are Grouped Into 16 Nomenclature Units, Which Contain Different Types Of Items /Sub-Nomenclature/, As Indicated In The Technical Specification - Excel Format /Appendix No. 1 /, An Integral Part Of The Invitation. Wherever The Technical Specification Contains Reference To Standards, The Same Shall Be Read And Understood As Or Equivalent. Participants Should Present An Offer Including All Items / Sub-Items / - Complexity Of The Offer. Participants May Submit An Offer For One Or More Nomenclature Units. Variants Of Offers Are Not Allowed. The Parameters Of The Laboratory Reagents And Specific Consumables Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Excel Format /Appendix No. 1/. In Section Ii /Technical Specification In Word Format/ Of The Invitation, The Requirements For Medical Devices - Laboratory Reagents And Consumables Are Specified. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification For Individual Nomenclature Units Are Estimates, And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Employer To Assign Them In Full. The Actual Performance Of The Public Procurement Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Real Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority May Request The Delivery Of Larger Quantities Of Laboratory Reagents And Specific Consumables From One Or More Sub-Items Of The Nomenclature Units, But Only Within The Total Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Can Request, Within The Total Value Of The Contract, The Supply Of Equipment-Specific Consumables That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, But Mediate Their Functioning And Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Eur 399,100.00 Excluding Vat. The Estimated Values ​​Of The Nomenclature Units Are Indicated In The Technical Specification /Appendix No. 1/, And Are The Maximum Financial Resources Determined By The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Order. Participants Who Submitted Offers Above The Specified Financial Resource Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. The Public Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Lowest Price Award Criterion. Lowest Price Shall Mean The Lowest Offered Total Value Excluding Vat Of Each Nomenclature Unit. Ranking Will Be Done Separately For Each Nomenclature Unit. The Contracting Authority Concludes One Contract For All Nomenclature Units From The Technical Specification For Which The Respective Participant Is Ranked First. The Duration Of The Contracts That Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Current Limited Procedure Is 24 Months. The Guarantee For The Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 1% Of The Total Value Of The Contract Excluding Vat. In The Present Limited Procedure, The Contracting Authority Applies The Order Under Art. 33A Of The Ppzop, As The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Opened Simultaneously.
