With A Minimum Capacity Of 560 Places +/- 2%, This Public Facility Is Part Of An Approach To Modernizing Urban Infrastructure And Strengthening The Accessibility Of The Stations Multimodal Exchange Hub. The Car Park Will Be Operated By Municipal Services After Its Delivery. The Project, Located North Of The Railway Tracks And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Stations Passenger Building, Aims To Facilitate User Travel While Integrating A Drop-Off Function On The Ground Floor Of The Car Park, Essential To Streamline Flows Around The Station. The Future Elevated Car Park Will Be Located: - On A Perimeter Of 5992 M2 Located To The North Of The Active Railway Tracks Of The Sncf Line From Lyon To Grenoble, An Area Corresponding To A Trapezoid With Sides Of Approximately 50 M And 82 M And Approximately 87 M In Width. On The Site Dedicated To The Car Park There Are Old Disused Tracks Which Will Be Removed By The Sncf Prior To The Car Park Work Being Carried Out. This Area Is Currently Partially Made Up Of Asphalt And Vegetation (Mainly Japanese Knotweed, A Very Invasive Species Which Must Be Eradicated From The Site As Part Of This Operation, Over The Entire 5,992 M2 Dedicated To The Project). - To The South Of Avenue Des Alpes Constituting An East-West Crossing Of The Town Of Bourgoin-Jallieu, - To The North Of The Active Railway Tracks Of The Sncf Line From Lyon To Grenoble, - To The North Of The Sncf Hall To Be Rehabilitated By The Sncf For Bicycle Storage Purposes, - At The Southern End Of Rue Edouard Marion Which Will Be The Only Entry And Exit Route (Light Vehicles + Fire Trucks + Heavy Goods Vehicles Sncf) To The Present Silo Car Park, - To The West: From The Station And Its Forecourt, From The Impasse De Verdun Whose Ramp Bordering The Eastern Limit Of The Car Park Will Be Allocated To Soft Modes, In Particular Towards The Sncf Hall Rehabilitated For Bicycle Storage Purposes.
