The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy By A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Low And Medium Voltage With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances For The Sites Of The Ministry Of Environment And Water. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Should Carry Out The Following Activities: 1. Carrying Out The Complete Procedure For Registering On The Free Market Of Electricity The Sites Of The Contracting Authority As A Customer - User Of The Free Market And Registering His Sites As An End Customer - User Of The Market. 2. Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Licensed Operator Of The Electricity Distribution Network (Orm) In The Territory Where The Measuring Points Are Located, And With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances, Subject To The Special Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Specified In The Technical Specification And As Proposed By The Participant Selected As The Contractor In The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order. 3. Inclusion Of The Contracting Authority As An Indirect Member Of A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractor Coordinator, According To Ptee, Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Fee For Registration And Participation. 4. Registration Of The Contracting Entitys Facilities Before The Eso As An Active Member Of The Electricity Market. 5. Carrying Out Energy Monitoring And Preparing Forecasts, Administering The Estimated Daily Net Amounts Of Active Electricity Of Low And Medium Voltage, Which Are Notified (Registered) In The Eso In The Form Of Schedules, Which Reflect The Hourly Quantities That The Contractor Plans To Deliver And Sell To The Contracting Authority And The Exchange Of Information With The Licensed Orm In The Territory Where The Relevant Measuring Points Are Located, As Well As Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority In The Free Electricity Market, According To Ze, Ptee And Pikee. 6. Delivery Of The Necessary Estimated Quantities Of Net Active Electrical Energy For All Tariff Zones (Peak, Day And Night) At Low And Medium Voltage Levels. The Estimated Amount For The Term Of The Contract Is About 1194.54 Mwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy Low And Medium Voltage. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption For The Term Of The Contract Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Does Not In Any Way Commit The Contracting Party To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Contracting Partys Consumption Within Its Framework, By Supplying The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make Changes To The Objects (Deletion Or Addition Of An Object), Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need. 7. Preparation Of A Detailed Individual Analysis Of The Customers Characteristic Goods Profile In Order To Assess Its Energy Efficiency
