The Requirements Apply To The Individual Fuels Listed Above. Quality Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1314), As Well As In Accordance With The Standards And Regulations Amending During Deliveries Specifying The Quality Requirements Of Liquid Fuels. Lets Order Requires That During The Execution Of The Contract, The Purchase Of The Subject Of The Order Be Made Non-Cash Using The So-Called Fleet Cards (Microprocessor Or Magnetic) Directly At The Contractors Fuel Stations, 24 Hours A Day, Also On Days Off, Sundays And Holidays. The Above-Mentioned Cards Enable Keeping Records Of Consumed Fuel For Individual Vehicles Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Ensures: A) Issuance Of Cards In An Amount Consistent With The Ordering Partys Needs, B) Immediate Blocking Of The Card After Reporting Its Loss In The Network Of Sales Points, C) Online Access To Preview Refueling Using The Issued Cards, D) Issuance Of Replacement Cards, Included In The Price Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Place Of The Lost Cards. E) Settlement Of All Transactions In Polish Zloty, F) Development Of Each Gas Station In Such A Way As To Allow The Entry Of A Vehicle 13 M Long And 4 M High (Ambulance). All Liquid Fuel Stations Enabling The Use Of The So-Called Cards (Microprocessor Or Magnetic) Must Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Liquid Gas Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (Journal Of Laws, Item 1707) And Enable Cashless Transactions Using Fleet Cards. The Contractor Ensures The Availability Of At Least 1 Station In Each Voivodeship City And At Least 2 Stations In The City Of Krakow, Enabling The Purchase Of Fuel Using Fleet Cards.
