Single-Award Framework Agreement With Maximum Concluded In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The C.C.P. It Sets The Conditions For Execution Of Services And Is Carried Out As Purchase Orders Are Issued. Framework Agreement In Installments Concluded Pursuant To Articles R. 2113-4 To R. 2113-6 Of The C.C.P. The Services Are Divided Into 3 Installments = 1 Firm Installment (Services C-D-E-F-G-H) - 2 Optional Installments (Services A And B). C/Costs Linked To The Removal Of The Tanks At The End Of The Market, Including Costs Linked To Emptying The Tank, Costs Linked To The Removal Of The Tank And Restoration Of The Premises D/Costs Linked To The Subscription/Rental Of Propane Tanks. E/Supply Of Propane Gas Necessary For The Needs Of The Heating And Dhw Production Installations Of Tenants And Kitchens, Including The Price Of Fuel, The Ticpe (Domestic Consumption Tax On Energy Products), As Well As Costs Linked To Transport And Services. F/Costs Related To The Management And Billing Of Tenants Individual Consumption. G/Costs Linked To The Maintenance And Operation Of Networks. H/Costs Linked To The Maintenance Of Physically Demarcated Storage Areas (Enclosures)
