In This Context, The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Is To Designate A Holder To Carry Out The Following Services In The Various Buildings Constructed By Val Doise Habitat: - Asbestos Identification Mission. - Preparation Of Tracking Reports. - Carrying Out Lead Exposure Risk Reports. Place(S) Of Execution: All The Heritage Of Val D’Oise Habitat. To The Extent That Neither The Pace, Nor The Extent, Nor The Nature Of The Interventions Can Be Precisely Determined, The Contracting Authority Has Decided To Use A Split Contract In The Form Of A Purchase Order Contract, In Accordance With Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code.
