Research And Development Services And Related Consultancy Services – Tu Dresden - Award Of An Innovation Partnership For The Vehicle Technology Testing Center And The Smart Mobility Lab. The Technical University Of Dresden (Tu Dresden) Is Striving For An Innovative Partnership In The Field Of Automotive Technology. The Aim Of The Partnership Is To Improve The Legal And Technical Framework And, Above All, The Use And Innovation Potential At Tu Dresden. The Partnership Is Intended To Become A Joint Flagship Project For Automotive Technology. A Cooperation With An Engineering Company Is Therefore Planned. A Contractually Regulated Industrial Partnership Is Intended As The Basis For The Cooperation. The Innovation Partnership Is Scheduled To Run From February 1, 2026 To January 31, 2038. It Can Be Done By Either Party With A Notice Period Of 6 Months On January 31St. Of The Following Year. The Chair Of Automotive Technology (Lkt) At Tu Dresden Operates Several Test Benches For Testing And Analyzing Vehicles In The Vehicle Technology Testing Center (Fvz) And In The Smart Mobility Lab (Sml) At Tud. The Economic Operation Of These Test Benches Is To Be Organized As Part Of The Planned Innovation Partnership. The Partner Should Operate And Maintain The Test Benches On Behalf Of Lkt And In Return Be Given The Opportunity To Use Them For Their Own Commercial Purposes. If Possible, The Partner Should Bring Their Own Test Benches Into The Innovation Partnership, Which Should Be Operated On Lkt Premises. Lkt Should Be Allowed To Use These For Research And Teaching. The Partner Should Also Participate In Research And Teaching At Lkt And Provide Planning Services For The Vehicle Technology Test Center And The Smart Mobility Lab On Behalf Of Lkt. Lkt Is Intended To Provide Research Services On Behalf Of The Partner. Lkt And The Partner Carry Out Joint Public Relations Work And, In Particular, Organize Joint Events. In Addition, The Exchange Of Personnel And Material Services As Well As Ip Transfers Between Lkt And The Partner Is Necessary. The Innovation Partnership Primarily Aims To Ensure The Economic Development And Operation Of The Test Facilities In Fvz And Sml Through The Exchange Of Services And To Promote Research And Teaching In The Field Of Automotive Technology At The Tu Dresden.
