The Federal Ministry Of Transport (Bmv) Fulfilled The Obligation As Early As 2023 And Launched The National Sump Support Program “Nachhaltig.Mobil.Planen.” And An Associated Internet Portal Www.Nachhaltig-Mobil-Planen.De Was Set Up. The Central Element Of The National Sump Support Program Is The Federal Funding That Was Launched In 2023. In This Way, The Bmv Is Creating A Financial Incentive For All Municipalities, Especially For Urban Nodes, To Update And Create Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans Based On The European Model Of The So-Called Sumps, As Well As For Process-Accompanying Measures. Through Two Funding Calls In 2023 And 2024, 49 Projects With A Total Funding Volume Of Around 13 Million Euros Are Already Being Funded. In Order To Ensure Efficient Use Of Funding Through Careful Technical And Administrative Planning, Implementation And Control, Administrative And Technical Support Of The Funding Guidelines And Their Funding Calls Is Necessary. This Refers In Particular To Compliance With And Fulfillment Of Eu State Aid Law And Funding And Administrative Procedure Law Requirements In Accordance With Sections 7, 23 And 44 Of The Federal Budget Code (Bho) And Sections 48, 49 And 49A Of The Administrative Procedure Act (Vwvfg). The Project Sponsor As Contractor (An) Supports The Bmv As Client (Ag) In All Phases Of Project Funding By Taking On The Corresponding Tasks Of Administrative Funding Processing. All Documents And Documents Created As Part Of The Processing Will Be Made Available To The Client At Any Time Upon Request.
