It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – D/S Polo (Port Activity) Framework Arrangement For Further Development And Maintenance Services. Fintraffic Meriliekmenhuilais Oy (Hereinafter Procurement Unit Or Fintraffic) Is Establishing A Framework Arrangement For The Further Development And Maintenance Services Of The D/S Polo (Port Activity) Service. D/S Polo, Which Is The Target Of Expert Services, Is A Cloud-Based Situational Picture And Operational Control System For Maritime Logistics Operators Operating On A Saas (Software As A Service) Model. The Primary Task Of The Service Is To Present Ship And Time Information In An Aggregated Manner, But It Also Contains Several Operational Functions For Ports And Other Maritime Operators. The Duration Of The Framework Arrangement Is Four (4) Years And A Maximum Of Five (5) Suppliers Are Selected For It. Fewer Than Five (5) Suppliers May Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement Only If There Are Fewer Than Five (5) Bidders Who Meet The Suitability Requirements. The Procurements Within The Framework Arrangement Are Made In Accordance With The Operating Model Described In More Detail In The Framework Contract Model Attached To The Tender Request. The Total Annual Value Of Purchases Made Through The Framework Arrangement Is Estimated To Be Around 1,000,000 Euros. However, The Contract Does Not Contain Volume Purchase Obligations, Rather The Quantity Information Presented In The Tender Documents Are Estimates That Do Not Bind The Procurement Unit. The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Of The Tender Request Description Of The Object Of Procurement And In Other Procurement Documents.
