Tenders are invited for Services of a Data Operator to Gather, Transcribe and Organize Data Necessary for the Development of an Assessment Report Covering 6 Governorates in Lebanon Application deadline: February 20, 2026 About NAHNOO NAHNOO is a registered Lebanese Non-Governmental & Non-Profit Organization. NAHNOO has been working since 2009 as a research, capacity-building and advocacy platform for participatory policymaking, towards an inclusive society in Lebanon. The NGO rallies volunteers across Lebanon and through multidisciplinary and participatory research, capacity-building workshops, and grassroots activities, we provide a platform for youth and professionals to lead the planning and implementation of advocacy campaigns and gain the skills needed to impact policy-making at the local and national levels. Further info: www.nahnoo.org + Facebook NAHNOO Objective/purpose of position: NAHNOO seeks the services of a Data Operator to gather, transcribe and organize data necessary for the development of an assessment report covering 6 governorates in Lebanon. Project Background Young people aged 1529 represent more than a quarter of Lebanons population, yet they remain largely excluded from meaningful civic and political participation. Young women in particular face structural marginalization, limiting their representation in decision-making processes and reducing their influence over governance and development. Amid Lebanons economic, political, and social crises, youth are increasingly exposed to disengagement, and heightened risks of social and sectarian tensions. At the same time, recent national mobilizations have demonstrated the strong willingness of young people to participate in shaping a more inclusive and accountable future. Building on this potential, the project seeks to strengthen youth resilience, leadership, and inclusive civic engagement by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and platforms necessary to actively contribute to peacebuilding and conflict prevention processes in Lebanon. The overall objective of the project is to enhance the inclusive participation of young women and men in conflict prevention and peacebuilding initiatives and processes in Lebanon. The project targets 34 Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) schools across six Lebanese governorates (Mount Lebanon, Bekaa, Baalbeck-Hermel, South Lebanon, North Lebanon, and Akkar). It will directly engage approximately 128 teachers and school professionals and reach at least 13,000 young women and men aged 1519 through structured educational and leadership activities.
