Mar 2026 Oxfam has been working in Lebanon since 1993 providing humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by conflict, and promoting economic development, good governance at a local and national level, and womens rights through Oxfams work with partners. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. Oxfam in Lebanon, with the support of Marsa sexual health center, Lebanese Order of midwives (LOM) , Akkarouna and Society for Inclusion and Development in Communities and Care for All (SIDC) are implementing a five year , Global Affairs Canada (GAC) funded project entitled Power to Choose Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) for Young Women and Adolescent Girls. Overall, the project aims to increase the enjoyment of health-related human rights by the most marginalized and vulnerable women and adolescent girls with a primary focus on North Lebanon, and smaller-scale interventions in the Bekaa and South Lebanon. This goal will be achieved mainly through (1) Increased agency of young women and adolescent girls contributing to their equitable use of sexual and reproductive health services and (2) improved provision of gender-responsive, inclusive and accountable sexual and reproductive health services by health care providers for diverse groups of young women and adolescent girls. To a lesser extent the goal is also achieved through (3) improved effectiveness of key stakeholders, particularly women and youth organizations or movements, to advocate for evidence-based health care policies, accountable legal framework, and equitable and inclusive services. SPECIFICATION OF WORK REQUIRED Delivery will be made directly to Oxfams partners warehouses in Beirut, Oxfam will check the expiry dates and condition of the kit items and reserves the right to request the replacement of items with short expiry dates (less than 12 months). The supplier is responsible for transporting the kits to the warehouses and for hiring workers for unloading the kits onsite with each truck. The supplier should have the capacity to prepare the items within 7 working days from the date of signing the purchase order (PO). The supplier will adhere to the provisions based on the requested specifications. The supplier is required to notify Oxfam if they intend to replace a medication with a similar drug, even if it falls under the same subclass. Oxfam will review the proposed substitution against the medication lists approved by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and decide whether to approve or reject it. Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same unit cost. Oxfam has the right to select and purchase items needed. Oxfam will aim to do a direct purchase for the below items.
