Tenders are invited for Well-Being / Staff Care Training Consultant PHASE Project (Lebanon) Deadline to submit the proposal: 4 March 2026 5:00 PM CET Caritas Austria (CAUT), with Caritas Lebanon (CL), implements the ADA-funded PHASE project providing health and protection services in Lebanon. Due to high workloads and humanitarian pressures, CAUT seeks a consultant to deliver two one-day trainings on stress management, burnout prevention, and emotional resilience for mixed teams (2025 participants each). The consultant will prepare materials, use participatory methods, and submit a final report. The consultant shall design and deliver a practical one-day Well-Being training in Beirut, Lebanon (exact location to be confirmed), which will be delivered twice to two separate groups of participants. Each group (approximately 2025 participants) will attend one full day session of 56 hours. Participants will include health and protection staff working under the PHASE project, including frontline and office-based personnel operating in high-pressure humanitarian settings across Lebanon. The training aims to equip participants with practical tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and strengthen emotional resilience in their professional roles. It should introduce key concepts related to stress, emotional strain, and burnout in humanitarian contexts and provide accessible, field-adapted techniques that can be integrated into daily work routines. The training is expected to combine short theoretical inputs with participatory and experiential methods. It should include practical exercises such as breathing techniques, grounding practices, emotional regulation tools, cognitive coping strategies, and boundary-setting approaches. The consultant should ensure that the content is adapted to mixed health and protection teams and reflects the realities of staff managing complex caseloads and emotionally demanding situations. The consultant will prepare all necessary materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, attendance sheets, and pre- and post-assessment tools. The same training will be delivered twice, once per group. Following delivery, the consultant will submit a final report summarizing attendance, evaluation findings, key reflections, and all materials used. The training will be conducted in Arabic or English (to be confirmed) and is expected to take place in March 2026. Kindly find more details in the attached ToRs.
