Scope of Work The service provider will be responsible for the following activities: Assess current project planning and implementation practices. Coach on defining scope, workplans, timelines, roles, and risk management. Introduce practical tools (Gantt/workplan templates, trackers, meeting/action logs). Support application of tools to at least one ongoing or upcoming project. Expected Deliverables (Supporting Documents): The consultant is expected to submit a report after undertaking the tasks and activities for each deliverable noting that the total number of working days should not exceed 10 days. Deliverable 1: Project management diagnostic checklist. Deliverable 2: Set of project management tools/templates.
