Tenders are invited for Animated 2D Motion Graphic Video Scope of Work: In close coordination with the Oxfam team in the West Bank, the service provider will produce a high-quality animated video. The provider is expected to strictly adhere to the agreed-upon project timeline. Detailed specifications for the animation production are outlined below: Provide one script based on the data shared with you. The script may take the form of a narrative, a visual story supported by graphics, or any other creative approach. You are encouraged to use your imagination. Provide an artistic direction (Ex. drawing for the main characters and scene) to be approved by Oxfam team. Provide 1st draft for the needed video, the first draft can be only an outline. Based on the feedback on the first draft, service provider will deliver the full colour copy including backgrounds. The finalized animated video must be delivered in the best quality, at least full HD 30FPS. Two copies of the finalized animation will then be translated and subtitled: one in English and one in Arabic by the service provider. Deliverables: Service Provider must execute and fully deliver the following service: · one coloured 2 D animated motion graphic video, delivered in full HD quality/30 fps. The total maximum length of the videos will not exceed 5 minutes. · One copy of the finalized animation with English subtitle. · One copy of the finalized animation with Arabic subtitle. · One copy of the finalized animation clean without any subtitle. · Service provider will present a timecoded English subtitle on a word document. Application: Interested service providers should provide the following: Technical offer: that includes your suggested script for the animation, relevant experience, similar assignments (3 best samples), CV of proposed editor, approach, and a clear methodology for producing this video with a detailed timeline. Financial offer in Euro (including all costs). The Financial proposal should contain the following information: Budget breakdown; prices should be valid for 120 days from date of submission. The submitted offers should be in Euro not including VAT. The tendered should be able to issue an officail Vat exemapted invoice in addition to valid deduction at source certificate or will deduct a percentage from the final payment (according to Palestinian Taxation department & laws.
