Regarding Complaints About The Postal Service (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 474, As Amended), D) Regulations On The Delivery Of Parcels Under The Terms Specified In The Act Of June 14, 1960 Code Of Administrative Procedure (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1691, As Amended) - Regulating The Procedure For Serving Letters Sent In Administrative Proceedings.5.2. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Postal Services In The Field Of Receiving, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items, Divided Into: 5.2.1. Part I - Weighing Up To 2000G And Their Possible Returns Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act Of November 23, 2012. - In Domestic And Foreign Traffic And Parcels Up To 10 Kg 5.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Point 5.2. The Estimated Quantities Of Shipments, Divided Into Types, Which Will Be Sent During The Term Of The Contract, Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Form 2.1 To The Swz.
